After 20 years as a pilot, trainer, and incident investigator, with over flying hours, one lesson stands out: serious incidents are rarely caused by one failure. They happen when warning signs are missed, conversations don’t happen, and people stay quiet when something doesn’t feel right. In aviation, the black box captures what happened when pressure peaked. In life, a well-held conversation can release pressure before things break. Through keynote speaking, practical training, and one-to-one or group coaching, we teach people how to: 1. Notice stress before it overwhelms 2. Have calm, human conversations when things feel awkward or emotional 3. Recognise when someone may be struggling and respond with confidence 4.
