The Block Cares was founded and launched in 2021 by The Block Church, which is headquartered in Port Richmond with multiple locations throughout the city of Philadelphia. The Block Cares’ vision is to develop initiatives centered on the kids and youth of our city who are most significantly impacted by the unique challenges of their neighborhood.
