The Body Movement

The BODY Movement” is a YouTube Video Podcast hosted by Alison Synakowski (DPT of Physical Therapy) and Matt Synakowski. Podcast channel: The podcast is a Movement in physical wellness that is Built On Developing Yourself (B.O.D.Y.). This not a fad, nor a fitness program. This is not the newest trend. This is a Movement. A foundational shift in changing and instilling habits through continuous education. The Movement will call bull shit on modern day, Western medicine, and old healthcare myths. And we will emphasize the primal movements of our bodies as designed. Our platform will serve the primary goal of helping you build self-reliance by educating you on how to prevent injury, minimize pain, and become conscious of how your body works as one functional unit in everything you do, all day, every day. The BODY Movement is also the family business. So as a secondary goal, we are looking to build community. We will look to cross promote, hype and amplify voices of other entrepreneurs, individual content creators, and side hustlers from all walks of life or business. If you have a message to get out, a business to promote or a service to offer… we want to be a part of it. We want to use our platform for you to tell your story and vice versa. see less
