Vision: Limitless project-management and boundless networking can only be achieved if there is input from different disciplines and perspectives to be given in freedom, in confidence and with relevant meaning. A necessary quality of a project team is knowledge (narrative and financial) but indispensable are confidence, courage, guts and spirit. It's the quality of the project-manager that determines how these skills will lead to the intended result. A shared outcome between project team and project -manager is essential.
