Ilan Bracha is the founder of IB Global and the Bracha Group, a real estate brokerage advisory team in NYC. Long considered a mega broker in the Manhattan luxury real estate market, Ilan has done nearly $10 billion in sales and has established an impressive global network of clients with asset portfolios valued at more than $100 billion. He has been named the #1 broker in New York—and the #2 in the nation overall—by The Wall Street Journal. Ilan has appeared on numerous TV networks such as CNBC, has been quoted widely in the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Real Deal, former board of directors for REBNY, and is a frequent presenter and consultant to major institutions in both NYC and Israel. In 2020, Ilan opened IB Global as a holding company for his numerous real estate subsidiary divisions that include IB Venture. IB Venture is the investment arm, where Ilan serves as a tech angel, bringing companies from concept to scale, and acts as an investor in the NYC market through B+B Capital, including 172 Madison Avenue, 251 West 14th Street, and 16-18 West 57th Street. “I’m a data fanatic,” Ilan says declaratively, before adding with a smile, “although I think experience is equally as important as machine learning.” He started investing in AI technology in both the US and Israel to help him find global investments and service international clients, but quickly developed a passion for tech that rivaled his love of real estate. In March of 2020, Ilan sold two franchise locations he co-founded in 2007 of the award-winning Keller Williams NYC brokerage firms. During his tenure, he drove the firms to a position of the third largest brokerage in Manhattan. He helped establish a company of 800 agents to further solidify its position as the premier New York City brokerage industry – Ilan retains an association with KW as a co-founder of KW Israel—with 19 offices and 300 agents.
