The BRC Group, LLC is a Real Estate Brokerage based in Boca Grande, Florida a barrier island located on the West Coast of Florida 40 miles South of Sarasota and 60 miles North of Fort Myers. Our firm handles residential sales of vacation homes and also primary residences in an area surrounded by water, beaches, world class fishing, numerous golf courses and in an area with an annual average temperature of 75 degrees. We are also specialists in the purchase, renovation and sale of foreclosed homes in Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota Counties as well as working with banks in the bulk purchase of distressed properties with large investment groups. In addition, we have started construction on residential spec homes to be sold in 2011.
