The Brilliant Side offers you personalized coaching, face-to-face or over the telephone. We help you define your goals and develop the personal and team resources that will allow these goals to be met. Whilst training and consulting bring external knowledge and skills, coaching develops each individual person’s innate capacities. Our approach is person centered, and explores all the wealth and complexity that comes with each human being. Our specialty: connect you to your uniqueness, to your « Brilliant Side ». We work with organizations and individuals who are ready to embody a new way of being and behaving. Whether your goals are clear or whether you’re feeling a bit lost, it’s your desire to change the way you work, live, and behave that will make a difference. Our Programs: One-to-one coaching: It offers coachees an opportunity to develop their inner resources and overcome barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals. Each coaching journey is then unique, responding to the coachee’s specific needs. We are specialized in face-to-face and telephone coaching. Don’t let distance be an excuse not to move forward in your life and career! Team coaching: Team and group coaching helps the group find just the right balance in order to achieve common goals. It reveals the resources that will help the group move forward, overcoming its barriers. Individual group members become aware of the resources available in the team and can measure the impact of their contribution. Our collective missions can be adapted to the needs of each team. Leadership programs: Leadership is a set of skills that allow us to move towards a common goal, in total alignment with ourselves and others. We all make use of our leadership skills each and every day, in the most varied contexts. Our leadership programs take on an experiential approach that truly develops the leader in us.
