The British Fire Consortium (BFC) is a trade association representing a broad and diverse range of fire safety companies, with members spanning every area of the industry. Founded in 1983 and run by a dedicated team of volunteers, we are proud to be the only organisation offering EAL Level 3 approved training across all courses, ensuring the highest industry-recognised standards. Our mission is simple: to give back to our members by helping them become more educated, skilled, and competent in their work. Everything we do revolves around this commitment. We welcome all fire safety companies, though our support has the greatest impact on small to medium-sized businesses and independent technicians, who often rely on guidance, regular industry updates, and high-quality training from an external source to remain compliant.
