The Canales Project

The Canales Project is a non-profit organization that gives voice to issues of identity and culture through music. Established by internationally-acclaimed opera singer, advocate, and entrepreneur Carla Canales, since its founding in 2016 TCP has provided a variety of programs spanning from educational to advocacy initiatives. These initiatives are accomplished through harnessing the talents of artist-advocates, in activating the arts for positive social change, and throughout its inaugural seasons TCP has employed sixty-five artists in collaboration with twenty-two partner organizations, presenting over thirty events.
