Learn more at: Purposefully located between Boulder and Denver, this project is perched on top of the highest point of the Colorado Tech Center in Louisville, Colorado. The project is cantilevered out over the newly reconstructed 96th Street. Featuring 33 individual and highly customizable office suites. Office spaces range from 3,200 sf, however, this project was intentionally designed to allow users the ability to harmoniously unify multiple spaces should there be a need for larger outfits. The Cantilevers has multiple intimate meeting spaces and additionally, tremendous common areas specifically designed for quiet interwork place collaboration.
