The Cape Cod Foundation is a community foundation whose mission is to build permanent charitable resources for community betterment through informed grantmaking and civic leadership. We work with the people of Cape Cod to enhance the quality of life in our region through a permanent endowment. Since our inception in 1989, we have invested more than $55 million in the community through grants to local nonprofit organizations and educational scholarships for local students.
