The Careerologist

I’m a Level 7 qualified career coach with over 10 years’ experience and an established coaching practice, currently working towards EMCC accreditation. I work with people who are navigating change—whether that’s in their career, identity, confidence or sense of direction. I’m an integrative coach, drawing on multiple approaches with a strong foundation in human-centred and psychodynamic practice. This allows me to work holistically—considering not just what’s happening at work, but how past experiences, identity, relationships and context shape how we show up and make decisions today. Reflective practice sits at the heart of my work and is informed by study and applied experience across career counselling and coaching, organisational psychology and change, life career development, and work and wellbeing. I have a particular interest in supporting those impacted by trauma, women returning to work after pregnancy, and individuals navigating loss, redundancy or career transition. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate and structured—creating a safe space for exploration while supporting meaningful, sustainable change. Coaching with me is collaborative, reflective and practical. Together, we slow things down to make sense of what’s happening, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
