The Caring Kind

The Caring Kind was created to give a platform to the thousands of care industry professionals across Redcar and Cleveland. The community is filled with care professionals who make a difference and have an everlasting impact on other people’s lives, and we are here to recognise and support those who do just that. The Caring Kind's purpose is to create a true insight into what it’s like to work in the care industry, create an open, honest conversation, and support those who want to enter the industry. We aim to connect employers, employees, education, and those looking to enter the sector, whether that’s a career change, a first job or looking to progress in their role.
