Established in 1993 we use psychology to enable people to change their behaviour and organisations to change their culture. Since relocating to Spain we are focusing most on in-depth breakthrough coaching, a service we have provided for clients since the early 1990s, with remarkable and lasting results. We combine the more usual problem-solving and business analysis with detailed and insightful evaluation of personality, motivation and team dynamics. And most significantly we enable people to overcome deep-rooted unconscious obstacles to change, using specailist technques such as hypnotherapy & regression. Our client base, mainly in the UK, includes market leading manufacturing and financial services companies as well as privately owned and not-for-profit organisations.
