It is not about pain relief, even though that is one of its outstanding effects. When proper function is restored to the nervous system the body can and will heal optimally. Pain is a sign and/ or symptom of an underlying condition that tells the brain that there is something wrong. If pain signals are not dealt with correctly the underlying problem is going to get worse, possibly life-threatening. Being a chiropractor I can identify possible underlying causes of disease or dysfunction and treat it accordingly.”
