I’m Laura (she/her) and I’m an integrative counsellor, a meditation teacher, a sound healing practitioner and a community builder. My journey with meditation, well-being, psychology and spirituality started as a way of managing my own mental health struggles. Finding ways to connect with my self has given me tools to be more resilient, and to live joyfully and wholeheartedly. The Clear Space is a space for healing. Offerings range from counselling and therapy, to secular wellbeing practices to more spiritual offerings and my work honours the cycles of nature and the moon, as our ancestors would have done. I’ve led workshops and events across the UK and in the US, and I work in a trauma-informed, and inclusive way. I’m also a certified trainer. All Clear Space offerings are about connecting with self, or others through community human. Thank you for being here. It’s an honour to hold space for you.
