The Complete Player Charity is home to TCP Youth Empowerment. We are aggressively and innovatively shrinking the education and opportunity gap in the northern Anne Arundel County and southern Baltimore City areas. TCP programs are designed to "Unleash the Leader Within" young people by equipping them with the character, confidence, emotional intelligence, and opportunities they need to achieve academic and life success. The TCP Academic & Emotional Mentoring program is disrupting the education and mentoring spaces through an innovative approach that improves academic and emotional outcomes for elementary school youth. The TCP Young Leaders program brings middle school youth career readiness opportunities centered around business/entrepreneurship, leadership, robotics, coding, esthetics, and woodworking. By engaging in #business plan competitions on ideas to help improve the quality of life in their community, TCP Young Leaders are developing essential emotional intelligence and soft skills while leaving a footprint of impact in their community.
