The Concept Design Studio

The Concept Studio is a Creative Design and Visual Merchandising Agency, based in London, established in 2019, by Sian Roberts and Hayley Donovan, who each bring over 20 years experience leading within the Visual and Creative Design Industry. Sian and Hayley met over 10 years ago working alongside each other in Topshop Topman, heading up the Creative and Visual Merchandising arms respectively. They shared a collective drive, determination and passion to create the best, working collaboratively on many successful projects. Specialising in Brand concept & fixture design, innovative window conception and execution, in-store creative, visual merchandising and brand communication, campaign photography, styling, events and press shows. Working across a number of retailers over the last two decades has enabled them to make a name for themselves within the industry through their imaginative approach to design and creative. The Concept Studio team works closely with all clients to ensure a project is delivered from design concept to brief, artwork, production and installation. Based in South West London, and headed by Sian and Hayley, the team work hard to push boundaries of creativity and deliver a project with attention to detail, sophistication, humour and originality. Over the years Sian and Hayley have headed up a number of exciting and outstanding projects, which include the now infamous patterned Ostriches, award winning RIBA colour wheel, Snow globe, LFW press shows and designer collaboration events, Brand redesign for start-up company British Home Stores International, fixture and shop fit modernisation across Brand UK and International portfolio, brand campaign shoots and styling and more recently luxury shopping events with Soho Farmhouse and Babington House, creating bespoke room sets, floral designs and dinner table settings for private pop up events.
