The Consortium Queensland

The Consortium Qld is a boutique hospitality group located on Brisbane’s bayside. Its flagship venue Tide on the Jetty is located on William Gunn Jetty at Manly, overlooking the glistening waters of Moreton Bay. The modern and sophisticated space has become a popular dining destination for both locals and visitors since its opening in 2016. The Consortium Qld opened its second venue, The Arsonist in 2021 - a luxe dining and specialty bar, where fire is the hero. The Arsonist fuels a multi-sensory dining experience with its intimate and moody environment, sensually indulgent décor, and evocative sounds and aromas of cooking with fire. In 2022 SeaVibes joined the family, a corner venue right next door to the Arsonist offering relaxed dining and craft beers. In 2023 the company was awarded the contract to provide catering to the Royal Qld Yacht Squadron - a strong sailing club which encompasses a bistro, various function spaces and a 40-room hotel. The Consortium Qld employs more than 120 staff and has an annual turnover of ~$10 million.
