The Cooking Rooms

The Cooking Rooms is a cookery school in York offering a range of food and drink experiences for all ages and abilities to the people of York and beyond. Our aim is to provide opportunities to learn about healthy cooking and eating and opportunities for social interaction to groups in the community who wouldn’t ordinarily have access to the cookery school experience. We also run classes on a commercial basis to help to fund our other activities. We run cookery classes that will appeal to absolute beginners as well as lessons for enthusiastic amateurs looking to develop their skills in the kitchen. We also specialise in providing corporate cooking events and team building events with a difference.
