The Costa Rica Initiative

The Costa Rica Initiative is a vision, Don McDougle have of a Global Community of men and women who have joined together to establish a healing center/community in Costa Rica. The Center will be a safe place for people to come from anywhere in the world to heal emotionally, psychologically, physically and spiritually. This can be accomplished through the process we call The Journey. This is a series of 7 questions and 40 focused meditations whose purpose is to focus on different aspects of the identities you hold about who you are. This will take you on a journey of self-discovery. The purpose is to create an intimate relationship with the self. From that point of authenticity, you may transcend the boundaries of your human character to embrace the eternal essence. Using principles of Jungian Psychology, the participants can be released from deep-rooted fears, self-judgments, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior. Also, the Center is a safe place for people to detox from all addictions. Join me in this vision!
