The CRUMBS Project is an award-winning disability training charity helping to change the lives of adults with disabilities, neurodivergences, or mental health conditions through Hospitality-based professional training and development programmes. From a dedicated training centre in Bournemouth, we deliver training programmes accredited by the Craft Guild of Chefs and endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality in; Food Production & Service, Housekeeping, Administration, and Digital Skills. We’re a Disability Confident Leader proactively demonstrating our commitment to creating inclusive environments, supporting individuals with disabilities and championing their right to work, to be treated as equally valuable employees, and to feel included in society. Over 90% of our trainees move into employment in the Hospitality industry after completing their training programmes.
