Mission The Cycle Effect’s mission is to empower young women through mountain biking to create brighter futures and build stronger communities. About The Cycle Effect is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides bikes, gear, transportation, coaching and year-round programming to eliminate barriers to the sport of mountain biking for historically excluded riders.
