For women who are tired of conventional approaches to hormone balancing, who are not getting the answers they're looking for through traditional routes, and who believe that connecting with our bodies and taking control of our health is the way forward. My name’s Lisa and I’m an educator and coach working with women to better understand their bodies, their hormones, and the natural rhythms and cycles we experience. I teach about plant based food and nutrition, and how we can support balance through our food choices. I encourage women to step into their power through self-knowledge and nourishment. I run cyclical eating programmes for women who are interested in menstrual cycle awareness, and the power it gives us to live in alignment with our cycles. And I also run perimenopause and menopause programmes for women in their 30s and 40s who are noticing changes in their hormones and their bodies, and want to navigate through this transition with self-knowledge, and great physical and mental health.
