At The Deering Group Training, we build competency and capability. Stop training for training’s sake, and start training where you can see return on investment long after the course is complete. We help organisations get off the training treadmill, enabling them with the tools to start training where the return on investment is the highest. The art of identifying skill and knowledge gaps within a workplace has been replaced by ineffective training without evaluation. Without the necessary tools and resources to identify, deliver and evaluate training, employees will be stuck in the continual loop of mere competence – aka the dreaded training treadmill. We have partnered with the Perth based Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Training Services Australia, to enable us to be the first to offer this opportunity on the east coast of Australia.
