The Den DXB is the missing piece when it comes to group fitness. Evidence-based training systems and applications for those looking to level up their training experience. Group fitness is overpopulated with cardio-heavy workouts and a lack of priority for the "coaching" element to deliver group fitness correctly. We have bridged the gap between a generic group fitness class and the fundamentals of training to bring you a training experience that not only ticks off the enjoyment element of training but also ensures the correct principles are met to get you stronger and fitter. We are currently in a growth phase of the business where we are looking for other locations to make a further impact through the delivery of our ROBUST and unique training offering.
