The Dile

The Driving Instructors Learning Environment, known as The Dile, is a membership website for ADIs, for the sharing of knowledge and resources. The site serves Approved Driving Instructors looking for support in running their businesses and developing their training skills, as well as ensuring they are kept up-to-date with Government and DSA directives concerning the driver training industry. To achieve this, experts from the driver training industry, as well as the wider business world, deliver webinar presentations to members, thus increasing their client reach. These contributors may also upload articles, blog posts and videos to the site, as well as offer their expertise within the various forums. In this way, ADI members, in particular those who operate independent, sole trader driving schools, will find the support and advice they need that is so lacking when operating alone. Franchised instructors too will find a warm welcome and support, advice and training they may not necessarily receive from their franchisor.
