The Directors Letter

The Directors Letter is an e-newsletter started in 2007 written specifically for directors and executives of public and private companies, providing them with relevant board information through an efficient 10-15 minute read. The Directors Letter keeps executives and directors up to date on issues such as regulation, proxy trends, court decisions and changes in fiduciary responsibility. In addition to The Directors Letter, we publish The Boardroom Video Series, a series of video interviews with executives, directors and governance experts that provide sustained analysis of a single board-level topic. Recent topics have included The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Directors and Officers Insurance and CEO Succession Planning. These publications are electronically delivered to over individuals who are involved in board-level activities with positions as Directors, CEOs, General Counsels and CFOs.
