Our mission is to influence social change to create a fairer and safer society. We achieve this by: • Providing high quality and bespoke equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy, training, research and organisational support to our client and partner organisations • Enabling our clients and partner organisations to meet the requirements in the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty 2011 • Running specialist services including: advocacy services; equality networks; voice and influence; youth services; events; campaigns; websites and social media • Working with our partners, in a wide range of services, including: domestic violence and abuse services, hate crime, health and social care, rape and sexual assault, substance misuse and youth services • Producing educational films, on a range of themes, including: hate crime and discrimination, health and education • Being proud to be a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Non-Binary and Questioning (LGBTQ+), Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) and Disabled led organisation • Being a Community Interest Company (CIC), working to improve access to all services for our diverse communities 'We're a social enterprise: business where society profits.'
