At The DMC Clinic our aim is to offer a variety of different mental health services for children, teenagers and adults in our community. We try to offer you a safe and supportive place to talk about your mental health concerns. We believe that every client has different needs and so deserve a different and tailored approach. Traditional therapy may focus on a single therapy approach but this does not always suit every client. At The DMC Clinic we use a varied and integrated approach. These approaches can include a mixture of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, Gestalt etc. We offer one to one counselling support but we also run workshops, groups and talks.
