The Dosoco Foundation

Dosoco's vision is to unlock the world through sound & music. We're a new social enterprise launched in Cambridge in 2013 as the philanthropic arm of The Dowsing Sound Collective and our aim is to promote health, wellbeing and social inclusion through the skilled use of music with individuals, groups and communities. We'll do this by supporting four main areas: music therapy, music making and access, music education and innovation in sound and music. The Dosoco Foundation will be funded by both profits from Dowsing gigs and its own fundraising efforts, and will primarily provide grants to individuals, groups and communities, beginning in Cambridge but then spreading across the UK. We'll also be commissioning our own sound and music activities providing access to (and opportunities to take part in) sound/music related events, and a range of other activities.
