The Dundee Bistro

Located in the center of Oregon's world renown wine region in Dundee, Willamette Valley's wine pioneers, The Ponzi Family, opened the doors to The Dundee Bistro in to showcase local food with local wine. The Italian inspired architecture intentionally subtly celebrates the family's Italian heritage while embracing their Oregon roots to share with local wine makers, neighboring residents and tourists. The Dundee Bistro offers a fine dining experience that is not overly formal, but is warm and welcoming. The menu is seasonal and changes daily with local and sustainable ingredients that naturally pair well with wines featured from Oregon and internationally. The Dundee Bistro offers one of the most extensive wine lists in the region with over 250 wines to choose from around the world and a deep offering of Oregon Pinot Noir. While the restaurant is wine focused, local beers and signature cocktails are readily available from its fully stocked bar. Diners can enjoy house-made bread, pasta and pizza as well as featured entrees of wild salmon, grass fed beef burgers, truffle fries, garden inspired salads, and more. all provided by nearby ranches and farmers. The Dundee Bistro is an independently operated restaurant that is authentic in its mission to celebrate wine, food, family and friends together in one place. It continues to be owned and operated by the Ponzi family with Michel and Rebecca Ponzi as managing owners.
