About The Dunes Aptly named, at The Dunes our condominiums are built among the sand dunes near the calming and tranquil Gulf of Mexico. Although many hotels in and around Corpus Christi, TX and Port Aransas claim to be close to the beach, none of them come as close as our beachfront condos. Once you walk outside of your condominium, it will be only a few short steps down our private boardwalk before you are greeted by the warm, lapping waves of the gulf coast. Relax and read a book in the sand. Give boogie boarding a try. Or maybe go deep sea fishing. The choices of how to spend your day are up to you, we just make your stay more convenient and more comfortable. In the winter time, there is just as much entertainment and excitement in the summertime.
