The Durham Exchange
The Durham Exchange is an intimate event venue & rental space that is perfect for events of all kinds, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, parties, showers, banquets, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and more! Our hourly Wedding and Event rental fees range from $250-$450 hourly and include tables, chairs, catering prep space, market lights, parking, and more! Our onsite manager will set up and break down our tables and chairs and will clean up our venue after your event. Today, the Exchange is home to many small businesses and non-profits at 801 Gilbert Street. Providing affordable office space as well as accessible event space has been a key part of Wendy Clark’s vision for building community in Durham. Cultivating entrepreneurship and healthy relationships will continue to be a part of the rich history of the John O’Daniel Exchange. We are thrilled to use our large event space for weddings and corporate to serve our community in a new way!
