Our club is based in the Jewellery Quarter close to the city centre and is very accessible with free parking. No contracts, No joining fees, No Hidden fees, just heath! We have chosen this slogan because we are able to offer flexibility to a wide range of students within the community. Our members join us to reap many benefits- We offer Corporate training. In fast paced and often stressful business environments, exercise is ideal for both physical and mental health. Research has revealed that employees who exercise on work days are more productive, happier, suffer less stress, injuries and sick days and it creates a greater team cohesion. Our training programmes are tailored to the staff and company’s schedule, with the staff’s individual goals the basis of the training programme. We concentrate on flexibility, stretching, body conditioning, stamina and toning. We also prepare our students physically and mentally, to build confidence in their own abilities, and to recognize their full potential by combining a wide range of kickboxing skills and self-defense techniques.
