The Ebright Collaborative, LLC is a mental health practice in Wilmington, DE dedicated to providing compassionate, scientifically validated mental healthcare for individuals and families experiencing complex behavioral and emotional concerns. We provide a safe and validating environment that supports the pursuit of lives worth living. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the primary type of therapy we offer. It is the gold standard treatment for suicide, non-suicidal self-injury, and symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT also effectively treats opioid use disorders, eating disorders, and emotion dysregulation (ie. when unwanted emotions take control of a person's behavior). The Ebright Collaborative, LLC also offers prolonged exposure therapy for individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
