The Ed Ladder

The Ed Ladder is a 501c3 organization that supports underserved learners through strategic, supplemental educational services. At The Ed Ladder, we believe that every student deserves a path to climb - and someone to climb it with. We’re a grassroots, 501c3 non-profit tutoring organization serving students across San Diego, from San Ysidro to Carlsbad. Our Academic Coaches are both mentors and tutors: They form meaningful bonds with students, offering support through school, life, and future goals - helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered. At the same time, they deliver personalized instruction in curriculum and study skills - helping students catch up and grow in confidence, both academically and emotionally.
