It is more than likely that during the academic year, you will need to make a staff absence claim and it is at this point, that you find out just how good your policy really is. We pay valid claims within an average of 5 days and there is usually no need for lengthy documentation to validate. Where appropriate, we can also arrange physiotherapy for muscular skeletal claims to help your staff get back to work sooner and you can manage staff lists and track the status of your claims with our client portal.
