The Education Team Ltd

The Education Team Ltd is a Yorkshire based company specialising in working with young children to encourage and empower them to be more confident and resilient learners. Our workshops are a great intervention and support, especially for some of the less advantaged students in our communities who would benefit from our extra support and encouragement. We go into schools to motivate students; supporting transition, team building, business and enterprise, author visits and staff inset. We use creative interventions that have 'consistently high levels of impact'(Endowment Education Foundation): • Feedback, redirection and refocus • Self regulation • Planning, evaluation and monitoring of own learning
