The Efficiency Experts are a provider of a wide array of productivity services ranging from start-up lines at new or existing facilities to optimizations using the Toyota Way & Six Sigma Principles. We offer analysis, performance standardization & implementation, operational training programs including documentation. The Scope of our business focuses on providing customers with the tools and knowledge to meet maximum productivity of a line or asset and to have the processes in place to continually optimize said lines/assets and individual jobs. This development process is incorporating with your own operators and kaizen teams, working directly with the individuals who will continue the excellence of improvements. Our goal is to leave with everything in place to be fully handled in house from that point forward.
