What is The EJO Zone? A positive perspective on enjoying one's life more, promoting living life intentionally. Encompassing happiness, mindset, health/fitness, growth and experiences."It's my way of giving back. I wake up happy every day, I always have. I believe happiness is a choice, actually, a way of life. And for me, happiness is derived from gratitude. I do not have worry in my life and I want to convey how I accomplish that. And through this journey that I am inviting you on, hopefully you will come to learn how that is possible. I'm not interested in convincing anyone that my way is the RIGHT way, I truly just want to share that there is another way. I think it's a better way, but that's just me… It is my hope, that every once in a while, I might say something you need to hear. And that, for me, is where the magic is.
