The Elemental Strength Organization

As men, we are not taught emotional intelligence. We are trained not to be emotionally vulnerable. We are told that emotional expression is a sign of weakness. We are trained to believe that being a strong man is to suppress anxieties, fears, sadness, frustration, etc, and keep moving forward no matter what the cost. That cost is high. Our emotional ignorance leads to addictions, abuse, neglect, marital infidelity, anxiety disorders, depression, mental illness, and a suicide rate that is 4x higher than that of women. As fathers, we often pass this same problematic view of emotion to our children. Creating a destructive cycle that threatens each generation. Elemental Strength seeks to break that cycle by redefining strength. Truly strong men are strong across each of these five elements: Physical Strength Social Strength Emotional Strength Mental Strength Spiritual Strength Our mission is to raise awareness of this message, and to equip men with the awareness and education to become truly strong, across all five elements.
