Passionately driven by her own healing journey, Fiona is a Trauma Informed Breathwork facilitator who combines somatic Movement with Breathwork to help transform your life through somatic Body & Breathwork. Calm your nervous system, lower stress levels, process trauma, and relieve pain to ultimately feel better! Our body is keeping the score. Breath & Bodywork is the bridge to allowing the body to unwind, unravel, release and process our stories. Fiona is passionate about helping each individual `feel-better' through delivering both personalised and group programs, Online-Live and In person. About Fiona:`Breathwork Returned me to life!". Having experienced paralysis, spinal surgery and rehab. I knew there was still more healing to do. My nervous system was running on high, I was exhausted, could't think straight. and just was not `in my body'. Then, I experienced a Breathwork session which to my surprise resulted in me being pain free with full range of motion, no more ringing in my ears and could think & see clearly. Just like that! In one session! And so. my passion to explore the healing powers of the breath was ignited! I'm so excited to be able to share my passion for the healing powers of the breath combined with my years of experience delivering bespoke somatic movement programs. Re-training my body and mind to walk and then dance again after surgeries was an amazing journey. I am passionate about the ability the brain and body has to eloquently let us know what we are holding. through somatic movement & breath. the bodies innate wisdom leads the way to healing. I am passionate about helping to facilitate this process.
