Over the past decade I have shaped strategies for email, push, SMS & in-app messages for both web and mobile. I have had the opportunity to build lifecycle automation programs, loyalty and discount programs for high growth startups like SkipTheDishes, GoodFood and Ritual and well oiled corporations like Tesco and Publicis. I love to challenge myself and build scalable email and lifecycle programs. I come with experience in industries like e-commerce, food delivery, health and lifestyle. Strategic Consulting I will work with you and your team to guide you through everything email and lifecycle marketing. We can make this short term or long term based on your needs. I can guide you on your existing programs or proposed campaigns or if you simply want my advice from campaign to campaign (on-demand). Email Audit I will take a look at your current email and lifecycle marketing scenario, including things like email collection point, any triggered or automated flows, your last 3-6 months one off campaigns based on frequency, current goals & KPIs, design and copy best practices, benchmarks compared to industry standards, and will provide you with a summary of what’s working well and where can we improve, plus any best practices and data inferences. Implementation and Execution I will fly solo or be a part of your team and act as your email specialist or manager, helping you bring your current email or lifecycle marketing strategy to life. I will work cross functionally with your creative, engineering, product, growth or sales teams to build and deploy emails, push notifications. SMS and in-app notifications.
