Founded by wellness facilitator Emily Dewberry, The Embody Edit bridges ancient practices and modern science to make nervous system regulation and self healing accessible for everyone. Through on-demand classes, live sessions, and immersive wellness programs, members experience tools for real-life transformation — including guided breathwork classes online, meditation training, and mindful movement sessions that restore balance to both body and mind.
