The Emerald Alliance

The Emerald Alliance (EA) fills a vital gap among conservation organizations by advancing sustainable and equitable land conservation efforts in central Puget Sound. We aspire to build a more powerful coalition of Historically White-Led (HWL’s) and Community Based Organizations (CBO’s) that work collectively on a shared vision for the Puget Sound region’s natural infrastructure and sustainable, livable communities. Leveraging its convening platform and addressing the trust and capacity inequities that limit meaningful collaboration, the EA aims to catalyze innovative partnerships and approaches and drive new funding to increase the pace, scale, and impact of land conservation across central Puget Sound.
