PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND I started my career as an Analyst in Lehman Brothers' Investment Banking group in New York. I then joined a subsidiary of Franklin Templeton as Associate Vice President with the Equity Research team. Soon after graduating from The Wharton School, I made a career pivot and helped build Sterling, a newly launched executive search consultancy in Dubai. I subsequently joined the Dubai office of Spencer Stuart where I executed retained executive searches for senior-level appointments worldwide. After moving back to the U.S. in 2010, I decided to leverage my experience in the global careers industry and launched The Emphatic Resume.
