The Empowered Executive

The Empowered Executive supports high-performing executives in recognizing, cultivating, and enhancing their value in the workplace. The aim of the program is to allow professionals to (re)discover pleasure and enhanced performance in the workplace. Through the Empowered Executive program participants discover- what they really want from their professional career - what their natural strengths and weaknesses are and how to embrace and enhance them - how to extract significant lessons from their education and training - how to identify their skills, talents, and expertise - how to articulate who they are and what they can offer to their organization - how to identify their limiting beliefs and up-level their mindset so that they can excel in the workplace - how to increase their visibility and credibility in their industry - and how to plan for – and execute – their career evolution in a constructive and mutually beneficial way for themselves and for their employers.
