Menstrual health is one of the biggest drivers of overall health and well-being for 50% of the population. Yet it's thought of as taboo in the workplace, and often dismissed as a topic of discussion. Whether it's monthly cycles, perimenopause or menopause, we all experience fluctuations in our day to day lives.
