The Endurance Edge provides sports nutrition, endurance coaching, and performance testing for endurance athletes and active adults in Cary, Raleigh, the Triangle area, and beyond. We support runners, cyclists, and triathletes through personalized coaching, data-driven testing, and a strong community-centered approach. Our services include metabolic testing, VO₂max testing, lactate testing, and sweat rate testing to guide smarter training, fueling, and long-term performance.
